To use this database, use the Index above. Click on either the first
letter of the last name or click on the surname list to get a list of
the last names included in the database. Then click on a name to get a
family group. Click on the names of parents to find their ancestors or
on the names of children to find their descendants.
This database includes the names of 2,648 individuals in 821 families.
Note: To protect the privacy of living
persons, birth dates of those born after 1890 or married after 1920 are
not provided.

By 1752 when the English speaking world adopted the modern Gregorian Calendar there was
an eleven day discrepancy between the Julian Calendar and the Gregorian
Calendar. To maintain a certain consistency with the
calendar, dates prior to 1752 have been converted and entered as
Gregorian Dates.
Thus a date entered in the original records as say, 12th month, 12 day, 1750 has
been converted to the Gregorian date of February 23, 1751.
