1801, Feb. 1. Test, Benjamin, of Deerfield, Cumberland Co., yeoman; will of.
Wife, Elizabeth, all property heretofore given to her 2 sons, James and Joseph Thackray, viz., 3 mares, pair of steers, 2 cows, and all the household furniture that was hers before we were married, together with 1/5 of my personal estate. Son, David Test, plantation which I purchased of James Thackray in Cumberland Co.; he paying £ 20 to my son, Zacheus [sic] Test. Daughter, Sarah Huggins, 5 shillings. Residue to be equally divided between my wife, my sons, Zaccheus and David and daughters, Deborah Thompson and Elizabeth Gruff. Executors -- sons, Zaccheus and David Test.
