1. Francis Test, II served as a lieutenant in the American Army during the Revolutionary War, thereby forfeiting his membership in the Society of Friends. He is said to have married Mary Morgan, a daughter of General Daniel Morgan.
2. Erastus was Professor of Mathematics and later Professor of Natural Sciences at Earlham College in Richmond, Indiana. Later still he was Professor of Mathematics at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana.
3. Louis Agassiz Test was Professor of Chemistry at Purdue University, and his twin brother, Charles Darwin Test, was Professor of Chemistry at the Colorado School of Mines, and later at Riverside Junior College in Riverside, California.
4. Frederick Harold Test was Professor of Zoology at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
5. Charles Edward Test (born 1916) was Professor of Medicine at the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, Indiana.
6. Erastus Test, Zaccheus Test (born 1828), Frederick Cleveland Test, Frederick Cleveland Test 2nd, Charles Edward Test (born 1916), and Samuel Taggart Test all possessed the M.D. degree.
7. Donald N. Test, Jr. has an MBA from Harvard University School of Business. Donald N. Test, III holds the D.D.S. degree.
8. Frank Test Hiatt has a masters degree in Electrical engineering from Purdue University.
9. John Test (born 1781) and his son Charles Henry Test were both lawyers and judges. John Test was the first congressman from the section around Brookville in Franklin County, Indiana.
